Here Are Some Great Ways to Minimize Pain So You Can Do the Things You Enjoy:

  1. Select gentle or chemical-free products. Some soaps and creams may contain chemicals that cause groin irritation.
  2. Avoid tight-fitting clothing and wear cotton underwear to absorb excess moisture or sweat.
  3. Avoid sexual intercourse if there is any irritation of the skin.
  4. Groin pain is also caused by compression of the nerves in the back. Your doctor will help you determine the source of your pain.
